Does the system work if the internet goes down?

Yes, absolutely. All our biometric devices feature internal memory that stores user data and transaction logs locally. Your staff can continue to clock in/out or open doors seamlessly even during an internet outage. Once the connection is restored, the device automatically syncs all offline data to the central software.

Can we install smart locks on glass doors?

Yes. Glass doors require a specific type of installation since we cannot drill into toughened glass. We use specialized U-brackets and high-strength industrial adhesive solutions designed specifically for frameless glass doors. This ensures a secure lock without compromising the integrity or aesthetics of your glass partitions.

Is Face Recognition safe for employee privacy?

Privacy is a top priority. Modern biometric devices do not store an actual photo of the face. Instead, they scan the facial features and convert them into a unique, encrypted mathematical code (a hash). This code cannot be reverse-engineered back into an image, ensuring that your employees' biometric data remains secure and private.

Can I export attendance data to Excel or PDF?

Yes, the Time & Attendance software we provide is designed for ease of use. You can generate a wide variety of reports—including Late Arrivals, Early Departures, Absenteeism, and Overtime. These reports can be exported directly to Excel, PDF, CSV, or TXT formats, making it easy to import them into your payroll processing system.

What happens if there is a fire emergency?

Safety is critical. We integrate our access control systems with your building's Fire Alarm panel. In the event of a fire alarm, all magnetic locks are programmed to automatically release, allowing for immediate and unobstructed evacuation. We also install green "Break Glass" units at every exit for manual override.

Do you offer Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)?

Yes, we highly recommend AMCs for larger installations. Biometric sensors can accumulate dust, and door alignments can shift over time. Our AMC packages include quarterly visits to clean sensors, check lock alignments, update firmware, and ensure your system remains operational 24/7.

How many users can the device store?

Capacity varies by model, but even our entry-level devices typically store up to 1,000 faces/fingerprints and 50,000 transaction logs. For enterprise clients or large construction sites, we offer high-capacity models capable of storing 50,000+ users and millions of logs.

Is the software compatible with Mac?
